Delete Your NuiDiary Account

1. Delete in the app
If you still have access to NuiDiary, you can request account deletion directly in the app:
- Open NuiDiary.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
2. Delete without the app
If you already uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can request deletion by email.
Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line NuiDiary Account Deletion Request.
Please include the following so we can locate the correct account:
- The email address associated with your NuiDiary account
- Your sign-in method: Google or Apple
- If available, your display name in the app
For security, we may ask you to complete a reasonable verification step before processing the request.
3. What will be deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we delete your NuiDiary account and associated data from our active systems, including:
- Account profile information stored by NuiDiary, such as your app user ID, email address, and display name
- Plushie profiles, including names, images, personalities, birthdays, and related settings
- Diary entries, uploaded photos, tags, moods, text, and sharing metadata
- Friend connections, greetings, invite-related account data, and shared diary access within NuiDiary
- Push notification tokens and account-linked operational usage records stored by NuiDiary
4. What may be retained
Some limited data may remain for a short period after deletion:
- Encrypted backup or disaster-recovery copies that are overwritten or deleted on a delayed cycle
- Records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing dispute purposes, where required
Purchase records maintained by Apple App Store, Google Play, or related payment providers are governed by those services' own policies, not this deletion page.
5. Deletion timing
After you request deletion, your NuiDiary account is disabled immediately and enters a 30-day grace period.
- During the grace period, you may be able to restore the account by signing in again with the same provider and following the recovery flow in the app.
- After the 30-day grace period ends, the account and associated data are deleted from our active systems.
6. Subscriptions
Deleting your NuiDiary account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If you have an active Bloom subscription, cancel it separately through your Google Play or Apple App Store account to avoid future billing.
